I came up with the intro to this song about a year ago (you might hear some influences from one of last year's piano covers...). I shelved it a couple times as I didn't know where to take the rest of the music, but now it is complete.
I went through a couple different song titles for this piece, but ultimately thought the title should capture the fast rhythm. As an avid runner, I couldn't think of anything else, so this song is about going for a run. ^-^
